During your first visit, you'll have a consultation to discuss your needs and preferences. The beautician will explain the services and products used, and answer any questions you may have.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean skin/hair depending on the service. Avoid applying heavy makeup, lotions, or hair products that might interfere with the treatment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing. If you’re getting a facial, massage, or body treatment, you may be asked to remove your top and bra straps down for the neck, shoulder and décolletage massage , but proper draping will be provided to ensure your privacy and comfort.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment lengths vary by service. For example, a first time facial might take 60 minutes, while a eyelash extensions 1.5 hours. When booking, you’ll be informed of the expected duration on the booking summary.
Can I bring my child or a friend with me?
For our duo facials packages. Yes. But for eyelash extensions approval must be made as we prefer to maintain a calm and relaxing environment. Due to the nature or the service and your eyes will be closed it is a risk as there are chemicals and sharp objects.
What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
Inform the beautician of any allergies or skin sensitivities during your consultation. They can use hypoallergenic products or adjust the treatment to suit your needs.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Arriving 10 minute early is recommended. This allows time to fill out any necessary paperwork and relax before your treatment begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24-48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

We accept cash, Eftpos, Mastercard's, Visa cards, Afterpay in store but not American Express.
Free side street parking is available, you can also park inside the white fence.
